What kind of roles do you hire for?

Visit our open positions page to see what’s currently available.

Do you offer different shift schedules?

Yes. Depending on the role, we offer day, swing, and night shifts across our warehouse and bottling operations, with additional shift opportunities during peak production seasons. Administrative and support roles typically follow a standard business-week schedule with some flexibility available. We’ll walk you through the specifics of any role during the interview.

Do I need prior winery or production experience to apply?

Not always. We welcome applicants with a wide range of experience, from seasoned professionals to those just starting out. Many of our team members joined us without any wine industry background. Through training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, we help people develop the skills and confidence to build a rewarding career with us.

Is there room to grow?

Absolutely. Many of our team members have moved into new roles, taken on more responsibility, or grown into leadership positions over time. Our size and scale mean there’s real opportunity — and we invest in continuous learning so people can build a career here, not just a job.

What’s it like to work in Hopland?

Located in the heart of Mendocino County, about 50 minutes north of Santa Rosa, and just south of Ukiah, Hopland offers a unique blend of small-town charm, natural beauty, and wine country culture. From redwood forests and coastal escapes to renowned wineries and year-round outdoor adventures, the region provides an exceptional backdrop for both work and life. Many members of our team have proudly called Hopland home for years, drawn by its welcoming community, strong local connections, and outstanding quality of life.

Is it all work and no play?

Not a chance. Food trucks visit the winery regularly, we sponsor a company bocce team, and we host seasonal celebrations — from Thanksgiving traditions to holiday gatherings — that bring the whole team together. When you work in wine country, life outside of work is pretty spectacular too.
