Every step of the winemaking process reflects this intention, from thoughtfully sourcing grapes from respected vineyards to maintaining careful artistry in blending and aging. Supporting this dedication to scale and excellence, the winery features a tank capable of storing 250,000 gallons of wine, ensuring both efficiency and consistency across production.
By holding all varietals to the same high standard first established by Josh Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery ensures consistency and excellence in every bottle. Beyond the wine itself, Josh Cellars carries forward Joseph Carr’s tribute to his father by creating approachable, reliable wines meant to bring people together—celebrating everyday moments with the same sense of warmth, pride, and authenticity.
Meet the Leadership Team
Wayne oversees the end-to-end production while leading the strategic and creative direction of winemaking. He ensures quality and consistency from vineyard to bottle, manages operations, and aligns production with business goals, brand identity, and market demand.
Randy oversees all aspects of winery operations, including production, quality control, and facility maintenance at the winery. He ensures that the winery operates efficiently, produces high-quality products, and meets financial and operational goals.
Shannon leads the accounting and finance functions and serves as a strategic business partner to operational leadership. She leads a team responsible for accounting, financial reporting, analysis, planning, and decision support, ensuring operational decisions are financially sound and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Kim leads the HR function including hiring, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and performance management, often handling both strategy and day-to-day operations personally. She plays a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring the workforce is engaged, supported, and aligned with business goals.
